Letter from Jeff Weiss '86s,
Two quick, but important, notes.
(1) If you have news or are willing to make news up, and even better, send it along with a digital picture (of you or some other person or family you want classmates to think is you or yours), please send such to John Marchiony within the next handful of days...
(2) We now begin our two year count down to our 25th. We need lots of help; there are many, many roles to fill. If you have interest in being (or even exploring being) our reunion chair or being on the core committee, please let me know as soon as possible... |

NOTE: '86 WEEKEND IN HANOVER IS BEING RESCHEDULED As mentioned in earlier emails, we (meaning Gary Greene, who has taken the laboring oar) have planned what we expect will be a terrific class event up in Hanover for the Fall. The weekend is family friendly and will bring classmates back to visit Dartmouth, attend a home football game, hear a keynote address and engage in discussions on "Sustainability", and partake in other Fall activities. |

Note from Jeff Weiss I hope this finds you enjoying the beginnings of Spring.
I purposely try not to send emails to the class, since I am confident that we all get 100s more mails than any of us wants. That said, there is lots going on with the class, and I think it important to be in touch at least a couple of times a year. |

Annual Update The Class Officers, Executive Committee and I wish you all a very happy Spring.
Since reunion, we have been busy making plans for how to support the class and keep the class connected. Our main goal (as I shared in my brief remarks at reunion) is to get as many members of the class back involved in the class in some way. We aim to do this by communicating in a way and engaging in activities that have broad appeal to all of you. One step in this pursuit is sharing this annual update. [more] |

8o6 Quotabulous January 2003 ...“Due to a lack of interest in the Winter Carnival sculpture over the past few years, there was talk this year of cancelling it. A piece of Dartmouth history gone, just like that.” Last year, as the Olympics begin to take shape, and on the evening a senior skied first in the men's downhill, I thought of Dartmouth....
Winter was a spectacular time for me at Dartmouth, as it has been since. Here are Winter thoughts from some ‘86s....
